Privacy Policy
We recognise that your privacy is very important. We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not share any information collected during the order process with third parties. Personal details are accessible only to Yoga Pole Camp.

Payment Policy
The total cost of the retreat can be secured with a $400 AUD deposit. Full payment is required 8 weeks after booking, or you may choose a flexible payment plan.

Deposits
Deposits are due upon booking to reserve your space and are non-refundable. However, $150 AUD of any deposit can be transferred to a future Yoga Pole Camp retreat.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, we will deduct a $250 AUD administration fee, along with the following cancellation costs:

• 4-10 weeks before departure – 50% of the total cost ($150 AUD can be used for a future retreat)
• 2-4 weeks before departure – 75% of the total cost ($150 AUD can be used for a future retreat)
• 0-2 weeks before departure – 100% of the total cost ($100 AUD can be used for a future retreat)

Security Policy
Payments can be made via direct bank transfer or via our online Booking System using the WeTravel platform. We do not store credit card information. While we take reasonable steps to ensure data security, we cannot accept liability for unauthorised access or breaches occurring over the internet.
