Retreat Itinerary
Each day is a carefully curated balance of flowing movement, reflection, and connection to nature. Picture yourself practicing yoga at sunrise, walking barefoot on the beach, and engaging in empowering wellness sessions designed to unlock your inner goddess. Beginners welcome!
Day 1: Arrival, Welcome Circle, Yoga Nidra Session
12:00pm – For Early Arrivals
Feel free to arrive early and begin your relaxation. Store your bags at reception, book a massage or explore the beautiful grounds, beach, or lagoon pool. The restaurant, spa and changing rooms are also accessible.
3:00pm – Official Retreat Start
Meet at the lobby for check-in and room allocation. Take a moment to settle into your luxurious accommodation and soak up the surrounds.
4:30pm – Welcome Circle & Intention Setting
Join us for the opening circle. Enjoy a glass of bubbly or kombucha and healthy nibbles as we mingle and chat and get to know each other. During the welcome circle we will set our intentions for the retreat and practice a simple meditation.
6pm – Yoga Nidra workshop
7:00pm – Dinner at Azure- the Resort Restaurant
Share a delicious meal with your new Art of Flow retreat friends onsite. Early night to feel revived for day 2!
Day 2: Morning yoga, chakra workshop, lighthouse walk
7:00-8:00am – Beachfront Yoga
Awaken your body with a rejuvenating yoga session overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
8:00am – Breakfast
Indulge in a nourishing breakfast to start the day
9:30-10:30am – Free time
Take this hour to laze over breakfast, journal, swim, explore, or just unwind with the breathtaking views. You may also book a massage for deep relaxation.
10.30-12:30pm – Chakra Workshop
Identify and balance your 7 chakras in this exploratory workshop. We will take some refreshment breaks throughout.
12:30pm- 1:00pm – Breathwork session
1-2.30pm – Lunch Break
2:30-4.30pm – Lighthouse Walk Excursion
Embark on a scenic walk to the iconic Byron Bay Lighthouse and soak in the panoramic views.
4.30pm – Free Time
Return to our retreat centre and relax and unwind before dinner
7:00pm – Dinner out in Byron Bay
Enjoy another fabulous healthy inspired meal with your new retreat friends.
Day 3: Sunrise yoga, watercolour session, closing circle
7:00-8:00am – Beachfront Yoga
Start the day refreshed with a morning yoga session by the ocean.
8:00am – Breakfast
A delightful breakfast awaits to fuel your day. Enjoy a relaxing morning before departing, with check-out at 11am.
11:00am – Official check out
Bring bags to store at reception and then join us whilst we continue on with some activities.
11:00-12.30pm – Watercolour & Affirmations Workshop
Connect with your inner creativity and express your affirmations through a mindful watercolour painting session. Guided meditation included.
12.30-1.30pm – Video testimonials. A chance to share your experiences on camera so others are inspired to join us next time! Optional
1.30pm – Closing circle & Retreat end.
Reflect on your experiences during the retreat, share insights, and say goodbye to newfound friends.

What is included in the retreat package?
The retreat package includes daily yoga classes, wellness workshops, accommodation in beautiful Byron Bay, and delicious meals. You’ll also enjoy curated activities designed to help you relax, connect, and recharge.
Do I need prior experience in yoga?
Not at all! Our retreat caters to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Classes are tailored to your individual experience level, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported. Whilst this is a yoga retreat, there is much more you will experience during your time with us.
Where is the retreat located?
The retreat takes place in the stunning Byron Bay on the East Coast of Australia, known for its pristine beaches, lush hinterland, and vibrant wellness scene. Accommodation is provided in serene surroundings close to the beach, town and nature.
How do I book airport transfers?
We highly recommend booking your airport transfers through Byron Bay Easy Bus or alternatively with Byron Bay Luxury Transfers. Once you’ve paid your retreat deposit, we can team you up with other retreat attendees to potentially share a ride and reduce costs.
What should I bring to the retreat?
Pack comfortable yoga clothes, swimwear, sunscreen, a water bottle, and any personal items you might need. Yoga mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Absolutely! We cater to a variety of dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. Let us know your requirements when you book, and we’ll ensure your meals are tailored to your needs.
How do I reserve my spot?
To secure your place, pay your $500 deposit and complete the registration form. Upon checkout you can select a payment plan that best suits your needs. Spaces are limited, so early booking is highly recommended.
Can I come alone?
Of course! Many attendees join the retreat solo. It’s a fantastic way to meet like-minded people in a supportive and friendly environment. Many people that attend our retreats are still friends to this day!
Are there activities outside of yoga?
Yes! Enjoy a group meal out in Byron, a lighthouse walk, beach visits, and more. You’ll have free time to explore Byron Bay’s charming cafes, boutiques, and breathtaking scenery or just simply relax at the resort.
How do I connect with other attendees before the retreat?
We’ll set up a private group chat for all attendees closer to the retreat date. This will allow you to connect, share tips, and even coordinate shared airport transfers.
